We are pleased to offer web-based risk management education program for our policyholders. JUA policyholders may take up to 4 courses per policy year.

Four different courses are available every year. Each of the offered courses offers 1.25 CME hours. Using a web-based program, you can log on and complete courses from any computer, tablet, or phone at your convenience. Courses can also be stopped and started as needed to accommodate difficult schedules. However, when taking the test, it needs to be taken in one sitting as the progress does not save. There are typically 12 questions on a test.

Policyholders and their agents receive access instructions when a policy or renewal is issued.
