The Pennsylvania Professional Liability Joint Underwriting Association's rates and rules that were filed with the Insurance Department have been approved. These new rates are effective 1/1/2010:

The Pennsylvania Professional Liability Joint Underwriting Association's rates and rules that were filed with the Insurance Department have been approved. These rates are effective 1/1/2009. A rule change was filed effective 6/1/2009 to delete the rules pertaining to Service Fees and Installment Plan. These have been moved to separate documents:
