Claim Free Credit

The Association offers a 15% credit to individual health care providers seeking full-time coverage (more than 16 hours per week) who have no claims against them for incidents within the past 8 years.  In order to qualify, the health care provider must have:

Continuous coverage for the past 8 years (including residency if applicable).

Documentation from the prior insurance carrier(s) indicating no claims, or if such report is unavailable because the physician was an employed physician, a statement from the employer.

No other chargeable events (such as license suspension, Federal Drug Enforcement Administration Actions, Hospital Disciplinary Proceedings, Medicare/Medicaid Action or Pennsylvania Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act Action) within the past 10 years.
